This policy also covers the owners and landlords that Stemmons Business Services represents. Customers have the option to opt-out of newsletters and notifications. For tenants, licensees and customers, and their representatives, under the standard Stemmons lease or license, the Landlord, its representative, and agents may contact Tenant, Licensee or customer via the email address(es) provided, and deliver marketing information and other announcements to such address(es).

Information you provide: Name, company, email, phone, mailing address, Broker license / Driver’s License, and for some tenant services, payment information, via third-party payment processors.

Your billing information will not be shared with any third parties (i.e. service companies or marketing firms), unless requested or authorized by you.

The Website may include links to third-party websites, plug-ins, and applications. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you.
