Job Description:
- Providing administrative support such as managing employee records, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel arrangements for clients.
- Reviewing reports from junior staff members to ensure that they are accurate, well-written, and up to date.
- Managing the flow of paperwork across an organization by ensuring that internal processes are followed consistently.
- Find New Vendors, Relationship with vendors, negotiate with vendors, Co-ordinate with vendors, and Repair & Maintain office Equipment and office infrastructure properly,
- Handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, including but not limited to: calendar management, travel coordination, expense report preparation, document creation, file maintenance
- Provide statistical and budget reports.
- Greet and provide general support to visitors.
- Managing Pantry Stock like: Grocery Tea Coffee, Chocolate, Juices, Cold drinks etc.
- Corporate Events Management Purchasing Stationery Items and Maintain Stock
- Maintaining attendance management system Handling all the Bills and as well as Meeting Programs.
- Employee Welfare activities (Handling canteen, traveling & medical facilities.)
Job Specifications
- Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience
- 5+ years of administrative experience with team handling experience
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
- Hands on experience with MS Office
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels, organizational and time-management skills
