- Run standard tests and ad-hoc analyses to see how we are performing in various measurable parts of our business and pass along your findings and recommendations.
- Monitor various systems containing operations data to identify exceptional patterns.
- Conduct operations reviews using pre-configured tools.
- Create queries, reports, and tests for routine and ad-hoc analyses.
- Identify bottlenecks and highlight opportunities to improve performance.
- Report results to key personnel.
- Contact field-level personnel to identify source of exception and provide support as needed.
- Relevant systems include company-wide task management system; inventory control; leasing results and velocity; pricing system; work order and help-desk ticketing; distributed work projects; electrical variances; accounting requests; tenant contact information.
- DATA MANAGEMENT
- Maintain company master data per established data governance standards.
- Analyze data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Manage the resolution of data quality issues.
- Analyze processes and recommend improvements.
- Document data governance standards, data dictionaries, and related policies.
Job Specification
- Excellent English language skills, spoken and written
- Strong problem solving and data manipulation & analysis skills
- Solid understanding or experience working with master data
- Ability to work with cross functional teams including business and IT resources
- Strong process improvement and documentation skills
- Aptitude for learning new systems and processes with minimal instruction
- Ability to adapt to constantly changing business requirements
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Access database skills required (Must have knowledge or experience with SQL)
